sliding scale
• If the Company fails to retain at least 50 new jobs with an average salary of $40,000 for
a period of 3 years after disbursement of the LSEDF grant, the Company will repay the
City $4,000 per job below the 50 new job creation requirement
• If the Company fails to retain at least 30 new jobs with an average salary of $40,000 for
a period of 3 years after disbursement of the LSEDF grant, the Company will repay the
City the entire amount of the LSEDF grant actually disbursed to the Company, less any
repayments already made to the City
• If the Company fails to invest at least $4,000,000 of private funding by 12/31/23, the
Company will not be eligible for the LSEDF grant
