Include clawback provision requiring the project parcel to be used for uses generating
Convention/Tourist Development Tax for the five-year period immediately following
disbursement of the DPRP Loans (this is the basis used to achieve an ROI greater than 0.50,
which is the minimum required under the DPRP Guidelines)
• Authorizes Downtown Preservation and Revitalization Program (DPRP) Forgivable Loans of

• If requirements are not met, City could be required to pay full grant amount back
