• Changes the expiration of the initial term from 6/30/21 to 6/30/25 with one 5 year
renewal option

• Adds language that $5 Club Amenity Fee will now be split equally between Team and
City/Facility Manager.
• Reduces Home Game License Fee for Friday games from $10,500 to $7,500
