Developer intends to use as short term housing) and a minimum of 1,300 square feet of leasable

• DPRP funding is subject to repayment if the property is sold or used for any purpose not

Include clawback provision requiring the project parcel to be used for uses generating
Convention/Tourist Development Tax for the five-year period immediately following
