Comment:
The Administration intends to apply to FEMA for reimbursement of all COVID related
personnel costs - approximately $82 million. Covering JFRD & JSO overtime costs with
CARES Act funding is a risk management strategy by the Administration should certain
costs not be covered by FEMA.
