Present Lori Carmine, David Wheeler and John Simpson Jr 1. ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order on July 20, 2022 at 4:15 P.M. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note, speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak. 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Logo Contest The subcommittee reviewed the details of the logo contest, the guidelines and submission process. b. Web Page The subcommittee discussed the website and the process for more activity from the commission. c. Press Release The subcommittee discussed press releases for various planned Commission events. 5. NEW BUSINESS None. 6. PUBLIC COMMENT None.
