Present Lori Carmine, David Wheeler and John Simpson Jr 1. ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order on July 20, 2022 at 4:15 P.M. Aye: Carmine, Wheeler and Simpson Jr Aye: Carmine, Wheeler and Simpson Jr 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff, and the Commission members do not generally respond to public comments. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note, speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak. 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Logo Contest The subcommittee reviewed the details of the logo contest, the guidelines and submission process. b. Web Page The subcommittee discussed the website and the process for more activity from the commission. c. Press Release The subcommittee discussed press releases for various planned Commission events. 5. NEW BUSINESS None. 6. PUBLIC COMMENT None.
