In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. ROLL CALL Present: Adamowski, Dorris, Millen Absent: Regis APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Millen, seconded by Adamowski to approve the Ocotber 10, 2021 meeting minutes. OLD BUSINESS Discussion: Logistics and Timeline for election of officers for the Joliet Ars Commission Need for reappointments. Need for election due to Ericks new position. Can the commission move forward reelecting positions without appointments. Discussion of Quinn as chairman. Discussion of future structure as leadership. Need for new secretary, switching chair and vice chair. Revisit City Council Recommendations from October 2020 Need to do presentation to council. Items to be discussed are art walk, logo and mural plan. Discuss timeline of presentation to council 2/28 NEW BUSINESS Review & Discuss DRAFT agreement for Arts & Economic Prosperity 6 Study Scope of AEP study, requirements, cost.
