SECRETARY’S REPORT Fire Department: #40 Samuel Schulz withdrew due to residency requirements effective 7/21/2023 #41 Matthew Moss withdrew due to residency requirements effective 7/23/2023 #44 Angelo Cordero removed due to failure to respond to requests effective 11/3/2023 Police Department: #57 Alan Urbano appointed/ withdrew effective 8/7/2023 NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None ELECTION OF BOARD CHAIRMAN Quinn Adamowski nominated to Chairman- no one else was nominated- elections closed. This was approve. Absent: Jackson and Lukancic ELECTION OF BOARD SECRETARY John Lukancic was nominated to Secretary-no one else was nominated- elections closed. This was approve. APPROVAL AND SIGNATURES OF JOLIET POLICE HIRING LIST A motion to approve by Commissioner John Lukancic and seconded by Commissioner John Stefanski.
