The motion carried by a voice vote 5 Ayes 0 Nays A motion was made by Commissioner Jackson, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve the hiring of candidate # 2 Joseph Parrish of pending successful completion of physical and vision color blind test. The motion carried by a voice vote 5 Ayes 0 Nays A motion was made by Commissioner Jackson, seconded by Commissioner Jackson, to approve the conditional hiring of candidate #5 Kyle Baugh pending an open position, physical and vision color blind test.
