FILING OF WRITTEN COMPLAINT - PURSUANT OF THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS
Chief Evans filed charges against Police Officer Alfonso Sanchez, star 277, in violation of:
General Order 7-1 Code of Conduct, Subsection 1.1
General Oder 9-34 Body Worn Camera, Subsection 3.3 (E)(11)
General Order 13- Warrantless Search and Seizure, Sunsection 2.4
General Order 2-5 Safety Review Board, Section 3
A motion was made by John Stefanski, and seconded by Natalie Coleman to set a hearing
date to 1/13/2025.
The motion was carried by the following vote:
Aye: Adamowski, Stefanski, Ponce, Coleman and Lande
