Carl Ferral spoke regarding the Citizen's Review Board and the State's Safety Act. Ethan Harris spoke regarding an upcoming event at Bicentennial Park. Louise Jackson spoke regarding an upcoming event at Bicentennial Park. Kathy Garthus spoke regarding weeds along Vetter Road and drag racing. MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS: Councilman Guerrero expressed his support of the upcoming Bicentennial Park event. Councilwoman Quillman highlighted the upcoming Cathedral house walk. Councilwoman Reardon thanked everyone involved in the success of the Blues Brother's event at the prison. Mayor O'Dekirk highlighted the Water Commission meeting, ribbon cutting for Castle Law, and the first pitch at the Slammer's game.
