Councilwoman Ibarra spoke regarding the grant and the unauthorized use of the City seals . She highlighted a grant presentation to Fairmont Community Partners and a grant from Including You to the Rock & Roll Museum. Councilwoman Ibarra requested the HR Manager update the Council on her progress of filling position vacancies at the next meeting. She wished her mom a happy birthday and expressed her trust in the Mayor's leadership . Councilman Mudron highlighted the Firefighter of the Year Award ceremony and concurred with the Mayor's comments concerning the Joliet Township grant. Councilwoman Quillman congratulated the Fire Department for a job well done. She concurred with Ms. McGrath concerning the Joliet Township Grant.
