Todd Lenzie made an opening statement.
Councilwoman Quillman made a statement explaining her absence on Monday, March 16,
2026.
Councilman Hug made a clarification about the March 16 meeting end time.

A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cesar
Cardenas, to reconvene the March 16, 2026 Combined City Council Meeting.
