ROLL CALL Todd Lenzie made an opening statement. Councilwoman Quillman made a statement explaining her absence on Monday, March 16, 2026. Alicia Morales spoke about processes concerns. Portia Gallegos spoke about processes concerns. Serena Magosky spoke about wanting changes in the City. Amina Brown spoke about an agenda item. A speaker spoke about upcoming economic impacts to utilities. Lily spoke about concerns with rising utility bills. Madeline Gabl spoke about accessibility concerns. Tia Quinnerly spoke about an agenda item. Randy Pratl spoke about concerns with the rising cost of living. A speaker spoke about public speaking and meeting processes concerns. Felix Ortiz spoke about concerns with public health. A speaker spoke about community engagement. Cassidy Brown spoke about recording concerns and an agenda item.
