PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Brent Fraser spoke on his upcoming retirement and his time at the City.
Each Council Member expressed appreciation for Brent's time with the City and extended well
wishes for his retirement.
Magdalena Campos spoke on her organization and gave Councilwoman Ibarra a HERO
Award.
A speaker spoke on concerns with the annexation of the data center.

MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS:
Councilman Mudron spoke about his attendance at the swearing in ceremony for seven new
police officers.
Councilman Moreno congratulated Brent Fraser, Fire Captain Michael Ballard, and Tony
Lakota on their retirements. He also spoke about Council Memo 186-26 and reminded
residents to slow down in construction areas.
Councilwoman Ibarra greeted her goddaughter, asked for a lobbyist update, and commented
on the beauty of St. Joseph's church. She thanked HERO for their work, congratulated Brent
Fraser and his wife, and spoke about the data center.
Councilman Hug thanked the evening's speaker and reminded residents that they may call
him on his cell phone to discuss any concerns. He also played a voice note to raise
awareness about mail and phone scams and hoped everyone had a Happy Easter .
Councilman Clement spoke about St. Joseph's church and acknowledged the passing of
Karen Ward.
Mayor D'Arcy acknowledged the passing of Roger Powell and thanked his mother, extending
birthday wishes to her.

A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Juan
Moreno, to adjourn.
