MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS: Councilman Cardenas congratulated Ann Sylvester on the first workout event at the City Square. Councilman Clement congratulated Councilman Moreno on his marriage and welcomed Acting Police Chief Rob Brown. Councilman Hug congratulated Councilman Moreno on his marriage. Councilwoman Ibarra asked for an update on the staffing study, spoke about traffic concerns, and wished everyone a Happy Pride Month.
