ROLL CALL Present Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilman Cesar Cardenas and Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra ALSO PRESENT: Christopher Sternal, CIO; Amanda Dite, Enterprise Application Services Manager and Kevin Sing, Director of Finance. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, to approve the minutes of the February 22, 2023 CTIS Committee. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra TMP-6202 Attachments: CTIS Minutes 022223 CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. AGENDA ITEMS Tyler Munis ERP Initiatives Christopher Sternal, CIO spoke briefly about Tyler Munis ERP system which is the City's financial system and how business licenses, liquor licenses and building permits are issued. Amanda Dite, Enterprise Application Services Manager spoke regarding expanding Tyler Munis to include Project and Grant Accounting, Contract and Bid Management and Vendor Self Service. Kevin Sing, Director of Finance talked briefly regarding the introduction of P-Cards (department specific credit cards for making purchasing). Award of Contract to AVDG for City Council Chambers Audio/Visual Upgrade Project in the Amount of $304,158.28 Amanda Dite, Enterprise Application Services Manager spoke regarding the selection process for the City Council Chambers Audio/Visual Upgrade Project. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, to recommend for approval Award of Contract to AVDG for City Council Chambers Audio/Visual Upgrade Project to the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Page 1 of 2 Communication, Technology & Information Meeting Minutes - Pending Approval July 26, 2023 Systems Committee Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra Award of Contract to Lenovo for PC Lifecycle Program in the Amount of $50,000.00 Christopher Sternal, CIO discussed the City's PC Lifecycle Program. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, to approve moving the Award of Contract to Lenovo for PC Lifecycle Program to the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Laserfiche Update Christopher Sternal, CIO gave an update on the Laserfiche document management project . Riverfront Monitoring Christopher Sternal, CIO gave an update on the installation of additional cameras for Riverfront Monitoring. Cybersecurity Update Christopher Sternal, CIO gave a brief overview of the City's ongoing cybersecurity training. PUBLIC COMMENT None. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Councilwoman Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cardenas, to adjourn .
