ROLL CALL Present Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilman Cesar Cardenas and Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra ALSO PRESENT: Christopher Sternal, CIO and Amanda Dite, Enterprise Application Services Manager. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - November 14, 2023 CTIS Meeting A motion was made by Councilwoman Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cardenas to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2023 CTIS Meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. AGENDA ITEMS Award of Contract to CDW-G for Mimecast Email and Web ID-1562-20 Security Annual Renewal in the Amount of $37,300.00 Attachments: Mimecast Quote # NQJQ862 Christopher Sternal, CIO, discussed the Mimecast Email and Web Security Annual Renewal. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to recommend for approval Award of Contract to CDW-G for Mimecast Email and Web Security Annual Renewal to the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra Page 1 of 3 Communication, Technology & Information Meeting Minutes - Pending Approval January 10, 2024 Systems Committee Award of Contract to Sierra ITS for Information Technology ID-1564-20 Contract Services in the Amount of $250,000.00 Attachments: Sierra - MTSA - 11-3-2022 (1) Christopher Sternal, CIO, gave an overview of the Information Technology Department's use of Sierra ITS for Contract Services. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Sierra ITS for Information Technology Contract Servicesto the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra Award of Contract to CDWG for Nutanix Upgrade in the amount ID-1570-20 of $150,300 Attachments: Nutanix Quote Christopher Sternal, CIO, gave an overview of the Nutanix storage upgrade. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to recommend for approval Award of Contract to CDWG for Nutanix Upgrade to the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilwoman Ibarra NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None. PUBLIC COMMENT None.
