APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilwoman Ibarra, seconded by Councilwoman Reardon to approve the minutes of the November 6, 2024 CTIS Meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon and Councilwoman Ibarra Absent: Councilman Cardenas TMP-8092 Attachments: CTIS - Meeting Minutes - 11062024 - Pending Approval.pdf CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. AGENDA ITEMS Award of Contract to CDWG for Mimecast Email and Web Security TMP-8059 Annual Renewal in the Amount of $39,850.00 Attachments: 2025 - Mimecast Quote # PFVZ099.pdf Christopher Sternal, CIO, gave a review of the Mimecast Email and Web Security Renewal. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval Award of Contract to CDWG for Mimecast Email and Web Security Annual Renewal in the Amount of $39,850.00. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Xerox Business Solutions Midwest for Managed Print Services in an Amount Not to Exceed $95,000.00.
