ROLL CALL Present Councilman Joe Clement, Councilman Cesar Guerrero and Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra PRESENTATION Consolidated Plan 2025-2029 & Program Year 2025 Annual TMP-8347 Action Plan Attachments: Con Plan and Application Cycle Updates.pptx Updated PY25 Rubric.xlsx This presentation, hosted by Jacqueline Lozada CDBG Program Manager gives the Committee updates and changes to the Application and Scoring Rubric of the PY2025 Application Cycle, and anticipated timeline of the Consolidated Plan and the PY2025 Annual Action Plan submission to HUD. It is also promoted that all Residents complete the Consolidated Plan survey on the City's website, and any local non for profits interested in applying for CDBG attend the March 26th workshop event.
