In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. ROLL CALL ALSO PRESENT: Director of Finance James Ghedotte, Director of Public Utilities Allison Swisher, Benefits/Risk Management Administrator Armando DeAvila and Speer Financial, Inc. Senior Vice President Anthony Miceli Present Pat Mudron, Sherri Reardon and Cesar Guerrero APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Sherri Reardon, to approve the minutes of the January 18, 2022 Finance Committee Meeting. DISCUSSION OF FUTURE BORROWING FOR THE ALTERNATIVE WATER SOURCE PROGRAM Director of Finance James Ghedotte introduced Speer Financial, Inc., Senior Vice President Anthony Miceli. Mr. Miceli presented the Future Borrowing for the Alternative Water Source Program. Mr. Ghedotte explained further. Discussion held. Later, Director of Public Utilities Allison Swisher addressed the Committee. Discussion held. MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT Mr. Ghedotte reviewed the Monthly Financial Report. No discussion held. TMP-3303 Attachments: Invoices Paid 01.22 NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Mr. Ghedotte addressed the Committee regarding Evergreen Terrace/Riverwalk Homes.
