ROLL CALL ALSO PRESENT: Director of Finance James Ghedotte and Director of Human Resources Kathy Franson Present Pat Mudron, Sherri Reardon and Cesar Guerrero APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Sherri Reardon, seconded by Cesar Guerrero, to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2022 Finance Committee Meeting.
