Meeting went into Recess Meeting reconvened ROLL CALL: Present Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Sherri Reardon and Councilman Cesar Guerrero ALSO PRESENT: James Ghedotte - Director of Finance, Kevin Sing - Budget Officer, Armando De Avila - Risk Management, Chris Regis - Assistant Corporation Counsel and Greg Peerbolte - Heritage Corridor. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: TMP-4313 Attachments: July2022 Minutes A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve the Minutes for July 19, 2022 Finance Committee Meeting. The motion was carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Mudron, Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Guerrero CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: None AGENDA ITEMS: Extension of Operating Agreement and restoration of funding TMP-4234 Attachments: Memorandum of Understanding Operating Agreement Greg Peerbolte - Heritage Corridor, presented on the restoration funding for support of The Old Joliet Prison Stabilization Plan and Historic Museum. Due to Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Reardon's conflict of interest, no committee recommendation was taken; however, Chris Regis advised that he will present to the full council at the next council meeting. TMP-4235 Attachments: CAFAR 2021 James Ghedotte, Director of Finance - presented the Receipt of the 2021 Page 1 of 3 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes August 16, 2022 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Brief discussion was held and the report was recommended to move to full council for approval. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval the Receipt of the 2021 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), to move to full council for approval. The motion was carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Mudron, Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Guerrero REPORTS: TMP-4309 Attachments: July2022 Monthly Financial Report Kevin Sing, Budget Officer - briefly discussed the Monthly Financial Report. Brief discussion held. TMP-4310 Attachments: Invoices Paid 07.22 Mr. Ghedotte briefly discussed the Invoices Paid report. No further discussion held.
