APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Attachments: August2022 Minutes A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve the Minutes for August 16, 2022 Finance Committee Meeting. The motion was carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Guerrero and Councilman Clement CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: None REPORTS: TMP-4468 Attachments: August2022 Monthly Financial Report Kevin Sing, Budget Officer - briefly discussed the Monthly Financial Report. No discussion held. TMP-4469 Attachments: Invoices Paid 08.22 James Ghedotte, Director of Finance - briefly discussed the Invoices Paid Report. No further discussion held. TMP-4470 Attachments: Travel 08.22 Mr. Ghedotte briefly touched on instituting procurement cards for departmental use. No discussion held. No further discussion held. NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION: Councilman Joe Clement, suggested that he would like to see funds added to the reserve fund and if that recommendation could be brought before the full council for approval . Mr. Ghedotte advised, that was currently being reviewed by the finance department under the budget for 2023. Brief discussion was held.
