APPROVAL OF MINUTES: TMP-4734 Attachments: October2022 Minutes A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve the Minutes for October 18, 2022. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Guerrero and Councilman Clement CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: None. AGENDA ITEMS: Resolution of the City of Joliet, Illinois, declaring its official intent TMP-4712 to reimburse certain capital expenditures from the proceeds of future debt issues. Attachments: Resolution To Reimburse Capital Expenditures James Ghedotte - Assistant Director of Finance, presented the resolution for reimbursement of capital expenditures from the proceeds of future debt issues, and asked that the resolution go before full Council for approval. No further discussion held. A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to have the resolution for reimbursement of capital expenditures from the proceeds of future debt issues, to go before full Council for approval. A Motion for approval with full Council was not required. Brief discussion was held. REPORTS: TMP-4802 Attachments: October2022 Monthly Financial Report Mr. Sing - presented the Monthly Financial Report for October 2022. Brief discussion was held. TMP-4803 Attachments: Invoices Paid 10.22 Mr. Sing - presented the Invoices Paid Report for October 2022. Brief discussion was held. TMP-4804 Attachments: Travel 10.22 Mr. Ghedotte - briefly discussed the Travel Expense Report for October 2022. No discussion was held. TMP-4805 Attachments: November2022 Personnel Summary Armando De Avila, Risk Management - discussed employment positions currently open within the City of Joliet. No further discussion was held. NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION: Councilman Joe Clement - inquired about funds currently held in the reserves, and would like to see additional funds set aside for the 2023 Proposed Budget.
