APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Attachments: March 2023 Minutes A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Joe Clement, to approve the Minutes for March 21, 2023. The motion was carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Guerrero and Councilman Clement CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: None. AGENDA ITEMS: Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Annual Budget of TMP-5591 the City of Joliet for the 2023 Fiscal Year (2022 projects completed in 2023). Attachments: Ordinance Authorizing Amendment to Annual Budget Amendment Summary Kevin Sing - Director of Finance, gave a brief explanation of TMP-5591 Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Annual Budget of the City of Joliet for the 2023 Fiscal Year (2022 Projects Completed in 2023). A brief discussion was held regarding presenting an amendment of the budget each year. Electric Tax Audit TMP-5608 Attachments: ComEd - Joliet Settlement Agreement - Draft Mr. Sing gave a brief explanation of TMP-5608 Electric Tax Audit.
