APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Attachments: February 2024 Minutes A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve the Minutes for February 20, 2024. AGENDA ITEMS: An Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Annual Budget TMP-7120 of the City of Joliet for the 2024 Fiscal Year (2023 Projects Funded in 2024) Attachments: Master Budget Amendment24 James Ghedotte, Budget Officer - gave an overview of TMP-7120 on the Ordinance Authorizing the Amendment of the Annual Budget of the City of Joliet for the 2024 Fiscal year regarding 2023 projects funded in 2024. No further discussion was held. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to recommend approval of TMP-7120, the Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Annual Budget of the City of Joliet for the 2024 Fiscal Year (2023 Projects Funded in 2024) to go before Full Council for approval. A brief discussion was held. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to recommend approval of TMP-7121, on the Request for Authorization to Conduct Electric Auction and Award Electric Supply Agreement, to go before Full Council for approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Hallums Quillman Absent: Councilman Hug REPORTS: TMP-7077 Attachments: February 2024 Monthly Financial Report Invoice Exceptions - 02.19.24 JAHM Quarterly - March 2024 Mr. Ghedotte briefly discussed TMP-7077 regarding the Monthly Financial Report, Invoice Exceptions and the Quarterly Report for the Joliet Area Historical Museum (JAHM). A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve TMP-7077 for the February 2024 Monthly Financial Report. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Hallums Quillman Absent: Councilman Hug TMP-7078 Attachments: Travel Expense 02.24 Mr. Ghedotte presented TMP-7078 on the Travel Report. A brief discussion was held. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve TMP-7078 for the February 2024 Travel Expense Report. A brief discussion was held. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve TMP-7079 for the March 2024 Personnel Summary Report.
