CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Present John Dillon, John Kella, Jason Cox, Jeff Crompton, Roberto Perez, Brigette Roehr, Bob Wunderlich and Jason Heath Absent Marc Rousonelos APPROVAL OF MINUTES TMP-4324 Attachments: 072122 A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by John Kella, to approve Plan Commission minutes from the July 21, 2022 meeting. A-7-22: ANNEXATION OF 2618 S. CHICAGO STREET, CLASSIFICATION TO I-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING AND APPROVAL OF AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT. TMP-4307 Attachments: A-7-22 - 2618 S. Chicago - Tabling Report (Aug. 18) Mr. Torri stated the petitioner is requesting the application be tabled to the September 15, 2022 Plan Commission meeting. A motion was made by John Kella, seconded by Bob Wunderlich, to table the Annexation of 2618 S. Chicago Street, Classification to I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning and Approval of an Annexation Agreement to the September 15, 2022 Page 1 of 3 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes - Final August 18, 2022 Plan Commission meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Kella, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Roehr, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Rousonelos OLD BUSINESS None. P-7-22: PRELIMINARY PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 2 TIMBER POINTE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. FP-6-22: FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 2 TIMBER POINTE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. TMP-4296 Attachments: P-7-22 FP-6-22 (Timber Pointe Lot 2 Resub) Staff Report Packet Mr. Torri gave the Planning Staff Report. Mr. Joe Hammer, Ruettiger, Tonelli & Associates, appeared on behalf of the petition. Commissioner Wunderlich had a question about the builder. Mr. Torri responded. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by John Kella, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Resubdivision of Lot 2 Timber Pointe Planned Unit Development and the Final Plat of Resubdivision of Lot 2 Timber Pointe Planned Unit Development. TMP-4302 Attachments: SN-1-22 - Street Name Changes to Houbolt Road - Staff Report Packet Mr. Torri gave the Planning Staff Report. Mr. Torri appeared on behalf of the petition. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Jeff Crompton, seconded by John Kella, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Street Name Change for Hollywood Road (I-80 to Route 6); South Vetter Road (Schweitzer Road to CenterPoint Way); Baseline Road (CenterPoint Way to Elwood Village Limits) to Houbolt Road. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Kella, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Roehr, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Rousonelos NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None.
