CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Present John Dillon, Jason Cox, Roberto Perez, Brigette Roehr and Bob Wunderlich Absent John Kella, Jeff Crompton, Marc Rousonelos and Jason Heath APPROVAL OF MINUTES TMP-4636 Attachments: 091522 A motion was made by Roberto Perez, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to approve the Plan Commission Meeting Minutes from September 15, 2022. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Cox, Perez, Roehr and Wunderlich Absent: Kella, Crompton, Rousonelos and Heath CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note, speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak. None. OLD BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING During the Public Hearing, members of the public will be allowed to present evidence and ask questions subject to the rules of the meeting. A-7-22: ANNEXATION OF 2618 S. CHICAGO STREET, CLASSIFICATION TO I-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING AND APPROVAL OF AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT. TMP-4588 Attachments: A-7-22 - 2618 S. Chicago - Tabling Report (Oct. 20) Mr. Torri stated the petitioner is requesting the application be tabled until the December 15, 2022 Plan Commission meeting to allow them to do further traffic studies. Chairman Dillon requested the studies be forwarded to the Plan Commission members prior to the meeting. A motion was made by Jason Cox, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to table the Annexation of 2618 S. Chicago Street, Classification to I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning and Approval of an Annexation Agreement to the December 15, 2022 Page 1 of 3 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes - Final October 20, 2022 Plan Commission meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Cox, Perez, Roehr and Wunderlich Absent: Kella, Crompton, Rousonelos and Heath OLD BUSINESS None. NEW BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING None. NEW BUSINESS V-4-22: VACATION OF 20' X 100' PORTION OF PUBLIC ALLEY SOUTH OF GROSS STREET. TMP-4556 Attachments: V-4-22 (Gross St Alley) Staff Report Packet Mr. Torri gave the Planning Staff Report. Mr. Vince Portlock, Attorney, appeared on behalf of the petition. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Vacation of 20’ x 100’ Portion of Public Alley South of Gross Street. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Cox, Perez, Roehr and Wunderlich Absent: Kella, Crompton, Rousonelos and Heath NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None.
