Z-2-23: RECLASSIFICATION OF .41 ACRES LOCATED AT 414 ROWELL AVENUE FROM R-2 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO I-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING. V-4-23: VACATION OF PORTIONS OF UNUSED FOURTH AVENUE, FLORENCE STREET AND ADJACENT ALLEY. (TO BE TABLED) TMP-5597 Attachments: A-3-23 P-5-23 FP-5-23 Z-2-23 V-4-23 Tabling Request Mr. Torri stated the petitioner would like to table the applications to the May 18, 2023 Plan Commission meeting. A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Jason Heath, to table the Annexation of .75 Acres located at 420 Rowell Avenue, Classification to I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning and Approval of an Annexation Agreement, the Preliminary Plat of Rowell Storage Subdivision, the Final Plat of Rowell Storage Subdivision, the Reclassification of .41 Acres located at 414 Rowell Avenue from R-2 (Single-Family Residential) to I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning and the Vacation of Portions of Unused Fourth Avenue, Florence Street and Adjacent Alley, to the May 18, 2023 Plan Commission meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Kella, Cox, Crompton, Rousonelos, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Dillon, Perez and Roehr P-6-23: REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT OF DEER CROSSING SUBDIVISION. FP-6-23: FINAL PLAT OF DEER CROSSING SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2. TMP-5612 Attachments: P-6-23_Deer Crossing_Unit 2_Staff Report_V2 Mr. Torri gave the Planning Staff Report. Mr. John Barry, 11S220 Jackson Street, Burr Ridge, appeared on behalf of the petition. Commissioner Wunderlich inquired about the traffic light. Mr. Torri responded. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Kella, Cox, Crompton, Rousonelos, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Dillon, Perez and Roehr NEW BUSINESS V-3-23: VACATION OF A 0.155-ACRE PORTION OF PAGE AVENUE, ADJACENT TO 205 PAGE AVENUE.
