In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. (Council Memo #464-21) Michael O. Graham, owner, spoke in opposition of the Denial of the Issuance of a Class "BG" Liquor License at 4802 Caton Farm Road - Graham C. Stores Co. (Council Memo 463-21) Kathy Garthus spoke regarding concerns on Council Memo 469-21: Ordinances Associated with Vetter Road Annexations. Councilwoman Gavin spoke regarding a proposed alley closure and the proper procedure for this. The City Manager briefly discussed procedures for alley closures and stated this item will be brought back to Land Use and Legislative Committee for discussion. A brief discussion was held regarding alley closures.
