A brief discussion was held concerning work being done without permits on the proposed project at he southeast corner of Alessio Drive at Manhattan Road (Council Memo #273-22). Mayor O'Dekirk suggested Mr. Tieman meet with staff after the meeting. In addition, Mr. Tieman discussed Council Memo #275-22:Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for a Gas N Fuel Fueling Center (Automobile Service Station and Car Washing Establishment in a B-3 Zone), Located at the Northeast Corner of Caton Farm Road and Ridge Road and the concerns with the ingress and egress at this location and addressed resident's noise concerns. Mr. McHenry, owner of Gas N Wash, briefly discussed the proposed Gas N Wash at Caton Farm and Ridge - Council Memo #275-22. A brief discussion was held regarding this item. Cathy Boo, Homer Glen resident, spoke in favor of the Gas N Wash station located adjacent to her property.
