Bill Hutchinson, CivilTech, discussed the cost estimates for the City Square
Design and construction costs summary.
A brief discussion was held regarding the City Square project.
Report on Public Works Infrastructure Projects - Greg
Ruddy, Director of Public Works

projects which use capital and motor fuel tax funding.
A brief discussion was held regarding the timeline of the downtown levee and
contacting legislators to expedite the process.
2024 Budget Presentation - Kevin Sing, Director of Finance
