PRESENTATION: Consolidated Plan 2025-2029 & Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan Attachments: Con Plan and Application Cycle Updates.pptx Approver Report Jackie Lozada gave a brief presentation concerning community opportunities, updates, and anticipated timeline for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). A brief discussion was held regarding fund allocation, length of the consolidated plan, and HUD requirements for the Consolidated Plan. MAYOR: APPROVAL OF AGENDA: CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: Mayor D'Arcy exited the meeting at approximately 5:48 p.m. Maria Lech spoke regarding Council Memo #211-25: Ordinances Associated with Prairie Landing Subdivision and salvaging trees along her property. Steve Bauer, Attorney for the Petitioner, explained the owner of the development is different than the owner of the area with Ms. Lech's trees. Additional discussion was held with Ms. Lech regarding the trees along her property and was directed to meet with Dustin Anderson the Community Development Director.
