The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and Councilwoman Reardon CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. Chief Aaron Kozlowski explained the Purchase of (5) Stair Chairs for the Joliet Fire Department from STRYKER in the amount of $60,926.50. Councilwoman Quillman asks questions about injuries.
