A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman
Sherri Reardon, to approve COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-7081: Minutes 3/5/2024.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and
Councilwoman Reardon

DC Botzum briefly explains STARCOM.
Councilwoman Quillman asks about the new totals.
DC Botzum answers.
Councilman Clement asks about COVID money, wonders if it can be paid from
that like before. Brief discussion between Councilwoman Quillman and
Councilman Clement.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by
Councilman Joe Clement, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO
#TMP-7136: Request for Authorization to Pay STARCOM User Fees.

Amended Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Joliet and the Will
County Sheriff’s Office for Warrant Processing Fees.

Ordinance Amending and Retitling Chapter 9, Emergency TMP-7123
Management Agency of the City of Joliet Code of Ordinances

Greg Blaskey briefly explains changes to Ordinance and how it is out of date.
Councilwoman Quillman asks Greg to come explain all the changes to Council.
A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman
