In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. ROLL CALL Councilwoman Gavin attended remotely. Present Larry E. Hug, Bettye Gavin and Terry Morris ALSO PRESENT: Allison Swisher - Director of Public Utilities and Tony Anczer - Deputy Director-Engineering, and Greg Ruddy - Director of Public Works. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilwoman Gavin, seconded by Councilman Morris, to approve the Minutes of the January 18, 2022 Public Service Committee Meeting. Award of Contract for the repair to the No. 2 and No. 3 TMP-3159 Sludge Storage Tanks at the Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant to Cady Inc. in the amount of $209,738.00 Allison Swisher discussed the repair to the No. 2 and No. 3 sludge storage tanks at the Eastside Treatment Plant, in the amount of $209,738.00, to Cady, Inc. i. A motion was made by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilwoman Gavin, to recommend for approval by the full Council Contract Item No's TMP-3152, TMP-3153, TMP-3154, TMP-3155, TMP-3156, TMP-3157, TMP-3158, TMP-3159, TMP-3160, TMP-3161, TMP-3162, AND TMP-3163.
