In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. ROLL CALL Present Larry E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilwoman Gavin, seconded by Councilman Morris, to approve the Minutes of the January 31, 2022 Public Service Committee Meeting. Approved contractors are Stip Bros. Excavating, Inc., Construction by Camco Inc., and Austin Tyler Construction, Inc. to be paid based on the unit prices provided in their bids. d. Award of Contract for the 2022 On-Call Excavation and TMP-3215 Underground Utility Repair Program not to exceed $250,000.00 Allison Swisher discussed the 2022 On-Call Excavation and Underground Utility Repair Program for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00.
