Utilities, Joseph Nordman - Roadways Engineer, Tony Anczer - Deputy Director -
Engineering, and Mike Todorovic - Deputy Director of Public Works.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Councilwoman Gavin, seconded by Councilman Morris, to approve
the Minutes of the February 28, 2022 Public Service Committee Meeting.
The motion carried by the following vote:

Pumps at the Black Road Lift Station to Xylem Water
Solutions USA, Inc. in the amount of $1,296,285.80
Allison Swisher, Director of Public Utilities, discussed the Purchase of
replacement pumps at the Black Road Lift Station, in the amount of
$1,296,285.80, on behalf of Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc.
Award of Contract for the Purchase of Replacement valves TMP-3411
and actuators at the Black Road Lift Station to LAI, LTD. in
the amount of $292,212.00

the amount of $610,400.00
Anthony Anczer, Deputy Director - Engineering, discussed the Purchase of
Water metering equipment, in the amount of $610,400.00, on behalf of Core &
Main.
e. Professional Service Agreement for the Water Loss TMP-3414
Control Program to M.E. Simpson Co., Inc. in the amount of
$403,510.00
Anthony Anczer discussed the Professional Service Agreement for the Water
Loss Control Program, in the amount of $403,510.00, on behalf of M.E. Simpson
Co., Inc.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Gavin, seconded by Councilman Morris,
to recommend for approval by the full Council Contract Item No's TMP-3409,
TMP-3410, TMP-3411, TMP-3413, and TMP-3414.

Joe Nordman, Roadways Engineer, discussed the Snow Removal from the
February 1-3, 2022 Snowstorm, for a total amount of $130,945.00, to various
Contractors.
b. Amendment No. 4 to the restated Professional Services TMP-3416
Agreement for the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO)
Elimination Project to Strand Associates in the amount of
$295,500.00
Allison Swisher discussed Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services
Agreement for the Combined Sewer Overflow Elimination Project, in the amount
of $295,500.00, on behalf of Strand Associates.
c. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract TMP-3417
for the 2021 Decorative Streetlight Upgrades Project to
Graybar Services, Inc. in the amount of $5,908.03

and Payment Estimate No. 8 and Final in the amount of

Anthony Anczer discussed Change Order No. 2 for the Lead Service
Replacement Phase I, in the amount of $23,755.30, to Stip Bros. Excavating.
Also being processed is Payment No. 8 and Final in the amount of $157,475.07.
e. Change Order No. 2 for the Lead Service Line TMP-3419
Replacement Phase 2C to Austin Tyler Construction in the
amount of ($11,302.24)
Anthony Anczer discussed Change Order No. 2 for the Lead Service Line
Replacement Phase 2C, in the amount of ($11,302.24), on behalf of Austin Tyler
Construction.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Gavin, seconded by Councilman Morris,
to recommend for approval by the full Council Change Orders/Pay
Estimates/Final Payments Item No's TMP-3415, TMP-3416, TMP-3417,
TMP-3418, and TMP-3419.

Councilwoman Gavin requested an email from Allison Swisher for a total of
District 4 water main breaks. Allison Swisher discussed this report with council
and staff.

d. Councilman Morris inquired if the Ball Park and Bi-Park roof replacements
memos will be put back on an agenda?
Greg will check with Community, Economic and Development.
