Disposal Project - 2022 to Envirite of Illinois, Inc. in the

Allison Swisher, Director of Public Utilities, discussed the Water Treatment Plant
Residuals Disposal Project, in the amount of $446,684.51, on behalf of Envirite
of Illinois DBA US Ecology. Also included is a construction engineering services
agreement, in the amount of $22,800.00, on behalf of Duffield Consulting

Facilities Assessment Study update, in the amount of $129,800.00, on behalf of
CDM Smith. This has been tabled pending further review of previous report.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman
Terry Morris, to table Item No. TMP-3672.

substantial completion and 67 days for final completion, on behalf of
Performance Pipelining Inc.
