No. 22-00547-00-FP to Austin-Tyler Construction Inc. in the amount of $577,632.91 Greg Ruddy discussed the award of the Walsh Avenue (Taylor Street - Douglas Street) Roadway Improvements Project - 2022, in the amount of $577,632.91, to Austin-Tyler Construction Inc. Award of Contract for the 2022 Electrical Maintenance TMP-3930 Assistance Contract to Van-Mack Electric Inc. in the amount of $150,000.00 Page 1 of 4 Public Service Committee Meeting Minutes - Final June 20, 2022 Attachments: 2022 EMAC - Van Mack Rates 2022 EMAC Summary Greg Ruddy discussed the price agreement, in a time and material format not to exceed $150,000.00, to Van-Mack Electric Inc. for the 2022 Electrical Maintenance Assistance Contract. Professional Services Agreement for the Storm Sewer GIS TMP-3931 Mapping Project - Contract 1 to Hamilton Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $117,200.00 Attachments: CONTRACT 1 MAP EXHIBIT - Storm Sewer GIS Mapping Project.pdf Anthony Anczer, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed a Professional Services Agreement for Contract 1 of the Storm Sewer GIS Mapping Project, in the amount of $117,200.00, with Hamilton Consulting Engineers Inc. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to recommend for approval by the full Council Contract Item No's TMP-3928, TMP-3929, TMP-3930, and TMP-3931. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Hug and Councilwoman Gavin Absent: Councilman Morris CHANGE ORDERS/PAY ESTIMATES/FINAL PAYMENTS Payment of the 2022 Membership Dues for the Lower TMP-3932 DuPage Watershed Group in the amount of $27,570.47 Allison Swisher, Public Utilities Director, discussed payment for the 2022 membership fee, in the amount of $27,570.47, on behalf of the Lower DuPage Watershed Group. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to recommend for approval by the full Council Change Orders/Pay Estimates/Final Payments Item No. TMP-3932. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Hug and Councilwoman Gavin Absent: Councilman Morris ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS Resolution Appropriating Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the TMP-3934 Walsh Avenue (Taylor Street - Douglas Street) Roadway Improvement Project - 2022 - MFT Sect. No. 22-00547-00-FP Page 2 of 4 Public Service Committee Meeting Minutes - Final June 20, 2022 in the amount of $251,091.66 Attachments: Walsh Avenue Resolution Greg Ruddy discussed the MFT Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax Funds. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to recommend for approval by the full Council Ordinances and Resolutions Item No. TMP-3934. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Hug and Councilwoman Gavin Absent: Councilman Morris VARIOUS 2022 Deteriorated Roadway Resurfacing Program TMP-3935 Greg Ruddy discussed the funding allocated for the 2022 Deteriorated Roadway Program.
