Award of Contract for the 2022 Hickory-Spring Creek TMP-4014 Cleaning Project to Gregg W. Dobczyk Excavating in the amount of $88,000.00 Greg Ruddy, Director of Public Works, discussed the award of Contract for the 2022 Hickory-Spring Creek Cleaning project. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Terry Morris, to recommend for approval by the full Council Contract Item No's TMP-4013 and TMP-4014. Ferro Construction Co. in the amount of $12,334.03 and Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $63,388.53 Mike Todorovic discussed Change Order No. 1 for the 2022 Municipal Parking Lot improvements. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Terry Morris, to recommend for approval to full Council for Change Orders/Pay Estimates/Final Payments Item No. TMP-4015.
