APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Terry Morris, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to approve the minutes of the April 3, 2023 Public Service Committee Meeting. CONTRACTS Award of Contract for the 2023 Pavement Marking Contract - TMP-5598 MFT SECT. NO. 23-00558-00-ST to Superior Road Striping, Inc. in the amount of $240,057.00 Greg Ruddy, Public Works Director, discussed the Award of Contract for the 2023 Pavement Marking Contract, in the amount of $240,057.00, to Superior Road Striping, Inc. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Terry Morris, to recommend for approval by full Council #TMP-5598. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Hug, Councilwoman Gavin and Councilman Morris CHANGE ORDERS/PAY ESTIMATES/FINAL PAYMENTS Change Order No. 1 for the Ductile Pipe Purchase 2023 TMP-5599 Water Main Replacement Program on behalf of Underground Pipe & Valve in the amount of $68,034.00 Anthony Anczer, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $68,034.00, to Underground Pipe & Valve. A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Terry Morris, to recommend for approval by full Council #TMP-5599.
