A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman

in the amount of $1,090,059.35, to Burns & McDonnel Engineering Co. This
was also reviewed by the Grand Prairie Water Commission.
A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman
