A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to recommend TMP-6920 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Hug and Councilman Guerrero Absent: Councilman Mudron NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Rethink Water Conservation Incentive Q4 2023 Update TMP-6933 The 4th Quarter for 2023 was the kickoff of the Rethink Conservation Incentive Program. Anthony & Jill Parker are the Quarter 4 2023 Winner! The 1st Quarter incentive is to install a WaterSense water - efficient fixture. Rain Barrel Subsidy Update TMP-6934 Alllison Swisher discussed the increase in subsidy from $30 to $35 to maintain the 50/50 split with residents. PUBLIC COMMENT Councilman Guerrero asked about water pipes due to weather. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to adjourn.
