A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug,
to approve the February 20, 2024 Public Service Minutes. The motion carried by the following
vote:

Greg Ruddy, Public Works Director, discussed the completion of upfit for recent
Interceptors that were purchased recently. Branding in the amount of
$17,823.67, door painting in the amount of $30,000.00, and radio purchase and
programming in the amount of $30,987.66 for a total of $78,811.33.

Restoration Program to ASE Illini-Scapes Inc. in the amount
of $57,536.00
Sean Mikos, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed the 2024 Landscape
Restoration Program, in the amount of $57,536.00, to ASE Illini-Scapes Inc.
Award of Contract for the 2024 Utilities Department Electrical ID-1607-20
Maintenance to Elliott Electric, Inc.in the amount of

demolition and stabilization of the Victory Center Gymnasium located at 25 N
Broadway, in the amount of $1,195,590.00, to R. Berti & Sons Contractors Inc.
A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman
Pat Mudron, to recommend ID-1605-20, 1606-20, 1607-20, 1608-20, 1609-20,
1610-20, and 1615-20 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the
following vote:

Greg Ruddy discussed Amendment No. 1, in the amount of $10,000.00, for the
Professional Services Agreement Assessment of the Parking Facilities in the
Downtown area.
A motion was made by Councilman Pat Mudron, seconded by Councilman
