344-25 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

RECOMMENDATION
Councilwoman Reardon asked that the Traffic Light at Glenwood and Essington be looked at
for timing. Greg Ruddy will have it looked at.
Councilman Hug asked about jurisdiction of Ring Road around the mall. It is private property
per Greg Ruddy. He will pass along the potholes and high grass along to neighborhood
services.
