The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Hug, Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Reardon NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Councilwoman Reardon asked that the Traffic Light at Glenwood and Essington be looked at for timing. Greg Ruddy will have it looked at. Councilman Hug asked about jurisdiction of Ring Road around the mall. It is private property per Greg Ruddy.
