Hug and Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman AGENDA ITEM: Award a Contract with GovHR for the Position of City 283-23 Manager for the City of Joliet Attachments: COUNCIL MEMO #283-23.pdf The City Clerk stated this item is being removed from the agenda and referred to the Director of Human Resources for further explanation. Director of Human Resources Kathy Franson stated GovHR will not be able to proceed with the City Manager recruitment. A brief discussion was held regarding GovHR and moving forward with a different recruitment firm.
