Jefferson) Staff Report Packet Mr. Torri read the staff report into the record. Chairman Hennessy swore in Mr. Michael Caldwell, 1316 N. Madison St., Woodstock, IL. Mr. Caldwell appeared in support of this petition. Chairman Hennessy asked if there is a waiting room, Mr. Caldwell said no, customers stay in their vehicles. Chairman Hennessy asked if any one else would like to speak on behalf of this petition. No one came forward. A motion was made by Bob Nachtrieb, seconded by Jim Riggs, to approve PETITION 2022-09: A Special Use Permit for an automobile maintenance facility, located at 2505 W. Jefferson Street. A motion was made by Jim Riggs, seconded by Bob Nachtrieb, to approve PETITION 2022-10: A Special Use Permit to allow the development of a truck terminal, located at 23722 & 23828 S. Vetter Road.
