A motion was made by Bob Nachtrieb, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to approve
the December 21, 2023 Zoning Board of Appeals Regular Meeting Minutes. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Hennessy, Nachtrieb, Bias, Roehr and Riggs
Absent: McShane and Alessio

PETITION 2023-75: A Variation to reduce the required side TMP-6930
yard setback from 8 ft. to 4.3 ft. to allow the construction of a
second story addition, located at 1303 Agnes Avenue.

Chairman Hennessy swore in Mr. Francisco Contreras, 1303 Agnes Avenue,
Joliet, IL. Mr. Contreras appeared in support of his petition. Chairman Hennessy
asked if Mr. Contreras worked out all the previous issues with the staff, Mr.
Contreras said yes.
A motion was made by Jim Riggs, seconded by Bob Nachtrieb, to approve
PETITION 2023-75: A Variation to reduce the required side yard setback from 8

Agnes Avenue. (Council District #2). The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Ralph Bias, seconded by Bob Nachtrieb, to approve

Chairman Hennessy swore in Mr. Paul Richards, 111 N. Ottawa Street, Joliet,
IL. Mr. Richards appeared in support of this petition. Mr. Bias asked if the
company was the same from the previous approval, Mr. Richards said it is a
different company.
Chairman Hennessy asked if any one else would like to speak on behalf of this
petition. No one came forward.
A motion was made by Ralph Bias, seconded by Jim Riggs, to approve
PETITION 2024-02: An Extension of a Special Use Permit (Ordinance #18522)
