*Anyone wanting to speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting is requested to

entrance. The Board will hear from members of the public in the order in which they sign the
“Public Comment Sign-In Sheet.” Speakers are limited to two minutes unless the Board
requests additional information. If a speaker seeks answers to specific questions, the Board
requests that such questions be put into writing for the Department or the Board to answer at
a later time or date. The Board requests that speakers be courteous to everyone at the
meeting. Abusive language will not be tolerated. Anyone who interrupts the meeting or
disturbs the peace will be removed.
